Therefore, kitchen towels and hand towels have a slightly rough texture, very high absorption capacity, and are at least prone to tearing compared to facial tissue and toilet tissue. This makes kitchen towels and hand towels suitable for kitchen purposes such as soaking up more oil in fried foods. Hand towels are also perfect to wipe dirty or wet hands as they do not tear easily with water.
